This role will report to the IT manager and is a great opportunity to be part of shaping the IT landscape for a fast-growing, international biotech company.
User account management
Provision, de-provision, and modify user accounts (both internal and external) across a variety of platforms such as Microsoft 365/Azure AD, and systems used to support the research & development of Siplizumab.
Address any user or vendor access issues promptly.
Ensure access permissions and group memberships align with our access control policies.
Conduct regular system reviews, implementing both preventative and improvement-focused maintenance tasks to ensure optimal availability and security.
Engage with vendors for system support, integrations and necessary updates.
Assist with system backups and updates.
Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all user provisioning actions and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Assist in audit processes.
Collaboration and support
Work closely with the IT manager to identify opportunities for system improvements.
Collaborate with ITB-MED departments to ensure efficient and secure access to all systems.
Offer support for escalated user access issues and inquiries.
Offer broad IT support to team members in both Sweden and the US.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 3 years of proven experience in system administration with a focus on user provisioning across multiple systems and platforms.
Strong understanding of IT security best practices and access control strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues promptly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience within the life science sector.
Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or other relevant platforms.
Bilingual proficiency in Swedish and English.
ITB-MED was founded in 2016 with over 35 employees in offices in Stockholm and New York. Clinical Trials are being executed globally with a particular focus on the United States (US) and the European Union (EU) with an aim to submit applications for market authorization of siplizumab. We are expanding rapidly and moving into a combined lab and office space in “Forskaren”, Stockholm’s new life science center, in 2024.
