We are committed to uncompromising excellence while redefining the standard of care - advancing patient outcomes through a fusion of precision, innovation, and compassionate science.
We specialize in the strategic design of clinical trials for Siplizumab, an immunomodulatory therapy being evaluated in kidney transplantation and autoimmune indications.
In partnership with Nefro Avillion Clinical Development (formerly Avillion Life Sciences), which leads the global operational execution of our trials, we are advancing Siplizumab through late-stage development toward commercialization.

Our Swedish office is located in Forskaren - a state-of-the-art science hub at the heart of Stockholm’s life science ecosystem, located near Karolinska Hospital. Our research and development reside here, and the office environment fosters collaboration and innovation across disciplines.

Our U.S. office is based in Lenox Hill, just a 5-minute walk from Central Park and is a 1-minute walk to the subway line. This location provides a vibrant and an accessible base for our North American team.
